At Soak Coffee Roasters, we believe that the best coffee is freshly roasted. That's why we aim to roast all of our coffee to order, ensuring that you receive the freshest beans possible. However, there may be occasions when some of our staple coffees are rested before being dispatched, to ensure they arrive at their peak flavor.
International Shipping – Customs Clearance & Import Taxes
For our international friends, please note that Soak Coffee Roasters cannot take responsibility for customs clearance, import taxes, or any country-specific customs charges. These are determined by your local authorities, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before making a purchase to avoid any surprises.
Returns & Cancellation Policy

Non-Consumable Goods
At Soak Coffee Roasters, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. If you need to return any equipment or non-consumable merchandise, we’ll accept it as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please return these items within 7 days of purchase to Soak, 130 Warwick Road - CR7 7NG.

Non-Faulty Goods: If the item isn’t faulty, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please ensure you keep proof of postage.

Faulty Goods: If you receive a faulty item, we’ve got you covered. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect the item from you, at no extra cost. You’ll just need to be available at the nominated collection time.
Consumable Goods
We want every cup of Soak Coffee to be exceptional. Because coffee is a consumable product, we can only replace or refund it if it's faulty or damaged. If you believe your coffee doesn’t meet our standards, please reach out to our Customer Service team. Our experts, including our Head of Coffee, will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION
Recurring Subscriptions
Your journey with Soak is important to us, and we want to make it as flexible as possible. If you’ve subscribed to one of our recurring plans with automatic payments, you can cancel at any time. Simply contact our Customer Service team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 0900-1700) at 07590941180 or email us at hello@soakcoffee.com with the subject line “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.”
- Payment Issues: If your payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry—we’ll try again in two days, and then once more after that if necessary. If payment still fails, we’ll notify you via email. Please note, your coffee won’t be roasted or dispatched until payment is successfully processed, and your subscription date will reset to the date of successful payment.
